2025 Global Family Reunification Network Annual Conference

The FRUN will convene its third annual conference on 4-6 November 2025 in Nairobi, Kenya. Some of the themes to be explored at this year’s conference include: a consideration of the diversity of existing pathways that can reunite families, from family reunifi cation to community sponsorship and humanitarian pathways; learning from States about specific technical, legal and procedural aspects of national family reunifi cation programmes, including some of the challenges faced, and the current and potential support roles of refugee-led organizations and pro bono legal actors in a growing family reunification ecosystem.
